The hotel's location is perfect, just below the cable car into Taormina, offering easy access to everything we needed. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited for mealtimes. The hotel's quiet setting and nearby attractions were great highlights.
The hotel offers a stunning sea view with a balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. While the rooms in the upper part of the hotel were of low quality and disappointing compared to the sea view rooms, they lacked proper lighting, and some had electrical and bathroom fixture issues. The service was efficient and effective, although some staff may benefit from further training. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby private beaches and markets. The dining options varied, with a decent selection but nothing outstanding.
